  4. Pattern hair loss. My pattern restore?

I observed that my hair was dull and density decreased. Near to my hair line there are small white things coming out from the skin(I think hair roots) & small pimples. At that place the hairline went back slowly. Are they my hair follicles? If so is it possible to regrow hair at that line? Will my pattern restore?
