  4. Patient's Swelling in cheek. Swelling?

Patient's Swelling in cheek
My son aged 7 years & he is in treatment of juvenile rheumatic arthritis for last 18 months. He is using the medicines medrol 4 mg, pentids 400 mg, HCQS(Hydroxychloroquine) 200mg ½ on alternate days. A few days back onwards the patients cheek is seeing swelling & tired. Please give reason why the swelling?
