Patellar tendinitis
I had patellar tendinitis since 2may2018. Now after taking rest and medicine for 5 days I feel good. But today 19june 2018 I get slight pain like tiv pin poke if I sit for long time . So I went to doctor today he prescribed Rx levocarnitine cartniwel 500mg morning night for 2 weeks . Ointment felid gel diclofenac diethylene methyl salicylate oleum lini and menthol gel. With physiotherapy two simple exercises 1. Sleeping lift leg and hold for ten seconds 2.sitting lift leg hold for 10 seconds . 3 times per day for 2 weeks. So now can I use stairs and can I do other physiotherapist exercise on you tube for patellar tendinitis.

Exercise quadriceps isometric exercise u should add with them. And with tapping or knee cap u can climb star .during stair climb u should  lift first unaffected leg then affected and during getting down first affected and then unaffected.
