Partial ACL tear
Hi, I fell from my bike in the month of Oct and had pain behind the knee. I procrastinated getting it chkd thinkin it could be a muscle pull. As it dint subside got it chkd in nov and got a MRI done... Diagnosed as interstitial injury to acl and mild joint effusion... Its been 3 months and pain hasn't reduced.

If ACL injury is there needs clinical examination to know the amount of instability in knee, consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated, and treated
