My 4 year old nephew has swelling of the finger ( negasuthi ) crying in pain for 1 week.....i gave her combiflam suspension.....but the swelling did not gone....someone please tell me what to do????

Dear Madam / Sir,
From the symptoms you have described it looks like the child might be having a collection of pus in the finger. I suggest you see a surgeon immediately.
