Respected sir/mam I am taking escitalopram 10 mg in morning and paroaxitine 12.5 mg at night. Is it safe to take two SSRI as prescribed by doctor. Please suggest

Two SSRI's  are given when the mono therapy is not giving satisfactory response. Please consult your psychiatrist if you are facing any problem after taking both the drugs. Don't take stress ok.
