Unfortunately, it's the final stage if Parkinsons disease. There is nothing you can do except taking care of your grandfather with continuous nursing. Homeopathic medications maybe of help for swallowing of food or for reducing tremors to a very small extent but it's very difficult at this stage to expect a good prognosis.
