Paroxetine might cause gastrointestinal symptoms like you are facing, simple steps might be to take medicine after food and never empty stomach, if gastritis persists, take an antacid like pantoprazole/omeprazole/rabeprazole upto 40mg ( most of these are available as otc medicine with chemists)
Still if symptoms persist, consult a psychiatrist to may be decrease the dose of Pari CR or to change the medicine depending upon your symptoms.
