Pains near ches

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Doctor, m having pain near chest, ribs below breast bones and it comes and goes. But doctor confirmed therebis no heart Related issue. But I have much acidity issue Plz advice how to comenout from this problem

Hi, as you have said that you do not have any cardiac problem then most probably your pain is originating from your digestive problems. If you are sure that you don't have any gastric complaints then it may be due to costochondritis - a kind of inflammation where your rib bones join. There are several other causes for it, but don't worry, consult a good physician and it will surely be diagnosed.

hey ,if you have aciditiy issue it should be controlled , maintain strict diet pattern, don't eat spicy , hot food items ,avoid coffee , alcohol . Take buttermilk, curd , drink lot of water
