Painless scrotum cyst
I have 3 numbers cysts in my scrotum area but i don't know it's sebaceous or epidermal.Can any one suggest me how to take a treatment by surgery or by madicine.

They are harmless unless infected. But sometimes it can get infected
So better to be removed by a plastic surgeon
