Sir, I'm Amrutha I have 25 years now, 3 days before I had my first sex with my would be. Now I have pain in vagina... And during urination there is blood is also coming.... Abdomin and sides of my back is also paining what is the medicine I intake to cure this please help me sir

It is due to first sexual encounter and tear of hymen u can take a simple diclofenac of tab Imol to get relief from pain
