Painful Period
Hi, I have very painful periods every month. My period is regular, I get every 28-30days. I get loose motion, Vomit, severe lower back pain. And also get severe pain in lower abdominal. It lasts for 5-6 hours, later i will feel fine with just back pain. But those few hours is like hell to me. I dont like to take any medication. I just drink lemon juice which eases motion and vomit. Is this symptom for anything ? What should I do for that few hours ?
