Painful circumvallate papillae
I have inflamed taste buds, they come and go.. they come only when I eat spicey food. When I eat spicey the next day I feel pain in papillae and other days there is no pain.. Is this a serious condition or can it cause oral cancer or cancer of tongue? I have acidity problem too but it is under control. Please answer if it is serious or not I am scared.
