It may be because of long standing. Use MCR sandals or hawai both inside the house and outside the house. Put feet in hot water for 10 mins and 5 mins in cold water alternatively 3 times daily. Consult a physiotherapist - ultrasound therapy can be done. Precautions:Do not walk on a concrete or vertified or marble floors without scandals. Do not walk with a bear foot. If you have doubt in deficiency of vitamin D.  Then check it out. Best thing is to try to expose to sunlight in the early morning before 7.
