Pain starts from hip.

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I m having a pain in my left back hip. It starts from hip nd passes in whole leg to the knee.It is very irritating . I get relief when i strech m leg . The pain is not external its just like a nerve related i guess but m not sure. My vit d3 level is normal.

You can do hot packs,can take some analgesic, will have to avoid forward bending n wt. Lifting. May require physiotherapy n X Rays if no relief. Can show me personally for better physical evaluation. Take care.
