Pain starts behind the ear and spreads.

Pain gets started from the back of my ear and it radiates in the neck region and sometime the pain starts from neck region too. When I bow my head down it feels like someone is hammering from inside. I vommit 3 to 4 times when the pain gets aggravated. It spreads slowly in the back of the head both sides. Pain spreads in eyes and mouth too.
