Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now, you can take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
And for further management of this case you have to consult a MD consultant physician in person immediately.
The history you have provided is vague and insufficient.
Clinical examination and some investigations will reveal more information.
