Pain on sole of Left foot
Whenever i walk i am having little pain on sole of my left foot. I have habit of walking a lot ( around 8-10 km everyday ) . The pain is not much but has been happening since 2 months . The pain is more when i sit on my desk in office for long time and then walk. Please advise the reason and cure

I would advise u to take  look at ur footwear  secondly strength ur footmuscles as they get fatigue   mAke a good insole too

Hi... Your symptoms suggest early stage of plantar fasciitis. Do stretching exercises for calf muscle and also do icing and massage over sole of foot.

Usually pain in foot can be due to fatigue of muscles by excessive walking. That leads to flattening of arch over period of time and results in uneven weight distribution in foot. You need to first get examined. I think rehabilitation and changing foot wear (make customised soles) should solve your problem

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to meet an orthopaedic surgeon and get your self examined as it might be due to your walking style...Do not worry..Am sure it will get resolved... Please meet a doctor in person..Thank you
