Pain on penis during sex

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am facing a deep pain on my internal gland on my penis. When i am doing sex, i am feeling the pain of sensitivity on my internal part of penis i.e. when my foreskin is completely backwards during sex, there is a lot of sensitivity pain on internal gland. Please tell me what problem i am facing or is it a serious issue?
