Pain on my testicles. Father in future?.

My friend hit me on my testes and i felt a serious pain for 1 hour.But,after that the pain went away and now m normal as usual.And,I masturbated as well after that and I saw that semens also comes out of my penis.And I have got no  sypmtoms of vomitingnausea,swelling of scrotum as well after the injury.And I have tested my urine as well in lab under my general physician advice and the report is also normal.This incident happened 5 years ago and till now m normal and there is no pain in my testicles as well.But m afraid that my semen contains sperms or not after the injury? Or Will it prevent me to become a father in future?.Plz help me to find out the result as m getting very tensed and being not able to study for my hs exam as well.An advice from ur side will be highly appreciated doctors.Plz help🙏
