Feel Severe pain on front upper tooth.pain is very very severe when taking hot tea etc. and touching on the edge of the teeth

Most probably it could be due to deep caries. .so should visit the dentist and get an X ray done and confirm it. .The tooth might require rct treatment. . Till then take analgesics and antibiotics and do warm saline rinses. .take care
