  4. Pain on filled tooth. What should i do?

Pain on filled tooth
Im 21 yrs old. I had a filling on my lower left molar 1 nd half months back. It is a milk tooth. I also have braces on. This tooth does not have a bracket on it. Now i have noticed that the archwire is touching this tooth (earlier it was not) and im experiencing sharp pain on the entire lower left jaw. What is causing the pain? What should i do?

Plz confirm its permanent tooth or milk tooth.. All Milk tooth falls off till age of 12-13yrs Cavity may be deep close to vital tissue pulp..
