T. Augmentin duo 625, 3 times/day,10 tablets. After food T.ketorol DT, if pain, dilute in water and consume, after food. Maximum 3-4 tablets per day,  if required C. Roles D, once a day, before food,4 tablets.

if it's relieving, Luke warm water salt gargle if no h/o high blood pressure.or else do not use salt. no hot compression extraorally no very hot, cold sweet sticky hard food, as sometimes it may worsen the pain.

Tab Augmentin 625mg  TDS (1min before food) Antibiotic Tab Seradic -P .   BD (Pain killer ) Medication for 3 days Antibiotic is mandatory and painkiller needs to be taken on SOS basis ( only be taken if pain is there ) In case the medication for pain is not effective for 2 days then the patient may change it to Tab Flexon BD for 2 days .

Have a telephone consultation with a dentist and send picture of the area of concern. Then the dentist can prescribe antibiotics or painkillers depending on whether it is a tooth issue or has to do something with the gums

If pain is in the gum adjacent to the tooth.... it could be an impacted tooth... without the image can't tell exactly....so for the time being do warm salt water rinses at least 3 times a day for a week....keep that area completely clean...brush twice daily properly and don't chew from that side...for the medication part... antibiotics can't be prescribed without knowing any allergy history.... but u can take ketrol dt two tablets together whenever pain occurs maximum upto 6 tablets per day... additionally u can do betadine gargles twice daily for a week
