  4. Pain near the tail bone. Help for it.

Pain near the tail bone
I am 17 years old. I am experiencing pain near the tail bone since 3 weeks. On consultation, I took calcium tablets for 10 days but still the pain is there. Please provide help for it.

Dear friend Just do 2 things. 1 . do icing 3 to 4 times a day. 2.  Use ring pillow while sitting to relies the pressure from your tail bone.
