  4. Pain near sternum. Problem with my ribs?

Pain near sternum
I have been having a pain in the right side of my chest near the sternum which radiated to my shoulders and upper back on my right side. Although the pain has reduced considerably, I have noticed a swelling near the sternum. Is there a problem with my ribs?
