Pain near ribs post DVR surgery
Recently(3 months) my mother, age 52,has major heart operation [double valves replacement-mechanical valve]. She is still having pain at left lower chest, near to ribs. Seeing her reports (chest x-ray, blood, PT INR samples), the cardiologist said there is not problem in her heart. However the pain is prevailing for more than 2 months. Is it normal to have pain in ribs for a DVR operated patient? How long the pain continues? Other doctor gave Zerodol CR tablet pain relief. Can she use? Thanks
