Pain near heel bone from past 2 years
When I press the nerve near heel bone I feel the pain. Mornings I feel the pain before getting up but afterwards during daytime it doesnt trouble. Again during night when I go to bed I feel little pain. It started with pain in heels but nowadays I feel it near heel bones

This is typical planter faciatis. U need to avoid standing for ling hrs, avoid standing bare feet, keep foot wear very soft. If pain persists then get serum uric acid done and followup with orthosurgeon.
