Pain  swallowing food
There is a lot of pain near my throat area while swallowing food. Some where near lower part of neck

Causes for painful swallowing can be many and if the pain is severe then it may be acute tonsillitis, acute pharyngitis, aphthous ulcers etc. Except for ulcers rest of the two conditions Require antibiotics for treatment. If pain is not very severe and more near Lowe part of throat then it is most likely to be reflux pharyngitis and usually its self resolving and if its persisting then you need to take anti reflux medicines
