Pain n swelling in foot thumb. The pain occurs everytime without touching .its like deep chills on the thumb now the swelling has shifted to another leg foot as well .

Hello dear
Great toe swelling on either foot points towards a possible arthritis of joint of base of toe. Your great toe might be pointing towards the other toes.
I need to see a picture of your foot and an Xray Foot AP and lateral views.
