Pain n lower back, legs and arms.
I'm having my periods after a gap of 2-3 months with the help of Diane 35. I have PCOS. T3 T4 TSH is normal now after recent tests. Bleeding is very heavy as expected and I'm feeling very weak and there is constant pain in my lower back and legs since last 3 days since periods started. What should I do or is it normal? I have no energy to do anything. Feeling v tired.

Hi The heavy bleeding results in backache and tiredness. Kindly take some painkillers and medicine rich in iron so as to improve your symptoms. You can visit your Gynaec doctor for the same or you can consult me directly via practo for the same. Feel free to write back to me. Regards Dr Prashik Meshram
