Pain in wrist
I have pain in my left wrist for last 2 months. I consulted an orthopedic and he took xray and said everything is fine. He said there could be some ligaments issue which need physiotherapy. I went for ultrasound and ift therapy for few days, stopped lifting anything from left hand. But Again i started feeling pain. Sometimes i do feel pain in my right knee. This makes me think if i am having deficiency of vitamin D or magnesium. Do i need to take any test? Whom should i consult?

Hello, I went through your query, if bones are fine in X-ray,, yes it could be ligamental issue. Proper rest (with wrist support) and avoiding living heavy weights with physiotherapy helps to relieve pain in 4-6 weeks. You can take calcium +vitamin supplementation for few weeks to help recover faster. Please consult your doctor for prescription.
