Pain in wrist
From past 10 days I am having pain in my wrist. Whenever I move my wrist upwards then a slight pain is experienced.

Hello there, it can be due to swelling, fracture or ligament damage. To diagnose what exactly is happening I need detailed history that what happened to your wrist, any jerk, lifting of heavy weight etc. It can be treated with Medication nothing to worry about.
