Pain in waist and lower abdomen!
Hello, My sister is complaining about a pain she's experiencing in her waist and the region in her right lower abdomen , followed by diziness sometimes, She did uterus ultrasound sound almost 2 months back (attaching the ultrasound report) is there any test that needs to be done ? What could possibly cause this to happen? She's 26 years old.Thank you.

She may get a urine routine microscopy and complete blood count. It could also be due to muscular pain but need to rule out any genitourinary disease.
For dizziness should check her blood pressure, and heamoglobin.
Is there any history of tinnitus or ear discharge?
