Feeling high pain in vein in right shoulder. Feeling the pain since last 2 days . Pain raises when I am in seating postion or keep hand down.

It may be due to acute muscle spasm in shoulder muscles..
Next Steps
Start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant.. you can apply local analgesic ointment

Avoid lifting heavy weight and lifting shoulder overhead..
