Hello..If you are experiencing pain because of decay ,you can go for extraction by stopping clopitab two days before and after the extraction and do get a consent by your physician.

You might be getting relief from pain killers illers but they only provide symptomatic relief and are not curative..... the root cause needs to be treated radically rather than symptomatic treatment...... consult your physician for the feasibility of tooth extraction which is considered a minor surgical procedure.... some of your medications might be stopped and some altered for a brief duration before and after the procedure..... a complete blood count will also be required specifically for values of PT, PTT, INR etc..... Regards....

Please get a medical consent from your cardiologist as to if your fit to undergo an extraction and if yes what's the choice of anaesthesia he would recommend.. Also if he would advice any precautionary measures for your dentist.. Have a biting fit day!
