  3. Pain in upper chest. Or this normal?

Pain in upper chest
I am 17 years old i pain in my left upper chest this pain one month ago and yesterday 2nd time comes one month before i do it ecg but its normal but today lot of pain in my upper chest This sign of heart attack ? Or this normal?

Normal muscle pain.. no heart attack
