Pain in upper abdomen
Have a sharp stabbing pain in my upper abdomen near chest. It pains while swallowing food and water too. Very uncomfortable nd weak.

It is most likely looks as Achalasia or any neuromuscular disorders first rule these disease and do proper investigation. Till that time give antacid syrup and PPI with domperidome, these will help in reducing heart burn symptom
