If the pain is circumscribed to one specific tooth, then it's more likely related to Deep Caries which is treated by Filling or Root Canal. And if the pain is generalised in all the teeth then it is because of Periodontal disease (Calculas, Plaque, Gingivitis or Periodontitis) which can be treated accordingly. You need to visit the dentist ASAP.
