Hi,you may take a painkiller,and do warm salt rinses 4 to 5 times ,then see dentist to know reason of pain.

Suggesting medicine without knowing ur complete case and health history like any allergy or is their any pregnancy involved is very difficult. Also medicine are only painkillers and antibiotics to help u in emergency but u have to take proper treatment done after thorough checkup to eliminate the root cause of the problem so pls visit dentist immediately
