Hi, this is Dr Hitin Mathur, orthopaedic surgeon at Fortis C doc Hospital, New Delhi. As far as your right lower Limb pain is concerned it seems that the pain maybe arising due to a nerve compression in the lower back. A good clinical examination will help clinch the diagnosis. An x-ray of the lower back along with some blood test may be needed. plz see the nearest Orthopaedic Surgeon for further evaluation.
