Pain in the left forearm
I've been lifting weights at the gym for 5 months now and a pain has developed within my left forearms, in what feels like bone pain. The pain only emerges as mild when weight is applied and turns to severe after prolonged workout. It disappears completely 10 minutes after workout

Apply ice at forearm, stop weight lifting for 5 days, after 5 days do forearm stretching,then start gym while using wrist band
