Pain in the hip and knee
Hello, as mentioned in the topic I have pain in the hip and knee. Its not muscle pain but it's something like nerve hurt badly when I sit or put pressure on the region . I usually go to gym and it all started when I was lifting weights. The pain is very specific in the knee nerve and in the hip (ie butt nerve). Researching online I can tell it's something I believe to be sciatica pain .

If you have radiating pain which came on after exercises then you may have a prolapsed disc. Please see an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon for assessment and further investigations.
