Pain in the heels
Pain in heels I am experiencing pain in my heels for a few minutes everytime i walk after getting up from sleep in the morning or after sitting for a long time.. please suggest what kind of illness is this n what is the solution to it.

Agreed with Dr sandip There type of symptom For initial stage of planter fasciitis. So go to ortho physio and get proper treatment to resolve.

Hi, it might be early planter fascitis,  wear sports shoes as much as possible,  trysofter footwear, try hot and cold fermentation,  have physio sessions and erase ur problem and stay healthy Thanks and tc

Do not stand long time. Use MCR sole sandals  or hawai. Use them in the home also. Don't walk on bear foot. Consult a physiotherapist - ultrasound therapy has to be done. Home treatment : put your feet in hot water for some time and in cold water for some time alternatively, you can add salt also in it. Place your feet longer time than in cold water.

Usually it turns out to be plantar fascitis for which u need to visit orthipedic surgeon who will prescribe some meds and suggest lifestyle changes and particular shoe or insert along with physiotherapy.. Thanks

Hello there....... Rest the affected foot whenever possible. Avoid walking long distances and standing for long periods. However, you should regularly stretch your feet and calves...... You should avoid wearing flat-soled shoes because they won't provide your heel with support and could make your heel pain worse..... Consult Orthopedician....
