I suddenly started feeling pain in the rightmost gum of my lower jaw last night and now it's becoming unbearable. I can't visit a dentist since I'm travelling. I desperately need a pain killer that can numb the pain. Kindly suggest one that I can buy from a chemist without prescription since this has never happened to me before. Urgent advice needed.

I think .... It's Pericoronitis..... or pain around wisdom tooth!!!!!
Next Steps
For emergency better you take ketorol-DT .... and if possible do warm saline gargle 4-5 times a day!!! Basically its a dispersible tablet take half glass water put one tablet .... and take it... You will get relieve within 15 minutes!!!!
Health Tips
Finally you have to consult dentist for clinical and radiographic evaluation for further treatment planning!!!!
Take an analgesic like crocin or ketorol which will subside the pain. If u have access to antibiotic then take amoxicillin tab if you are not allergic. Better take these after meals. Consult a dentist ASAP
