Pain in the groin area
I am having pain in lower abdomen and in the groin area. An ultrasound of the scrotum revealed infection in the spermatic cord with a hydrocele. As prescribed by my doctor i am taking Leon 750 antibiotic with an anti imflammatory tab and paracetamol. Sir, the pain reduced somewhat, though not altogether. Will this infection damage my fertility
