My mother aged 51 Years suffering from diabetes from the past 12 years. Her diabetes level is almost under control. Recently she was diagnosed with hypothyroidism with TSH value of 7.7. She is experiencing severe pain at the middle joint of the left hand's index finger. Please help me with solution & medication. She is already on diabetic medicatio

Could be beginning of Diabetic Arthropathy, or unrelated Arthritis, should see a orthopaedic surgeon and a rheumatologist
