Pain in the ear badly hurting

After swimming in the well my ear was start hurting. I went in the local hospital but after 2 days ear starts hurting again

Hello! If you didn't have any history of previous ear discharge....this could most likely be a fungal infection in the ear canal i.e otomycosis. You might need to get it cleaned and use antifungal ear drops.
