Pain in the centre of chest
My age is 35. I've pain in centre of chest since yesterday evening and feels like it's in the chest cage actually. Aggravates on movement. No breathing problem. Earlier I'd pain in my lower back which reduced on its own and then pain in chest started.
Last week I'd stomach infection for which I took augmenting and pantaparazole and meftal /Combiflam etc as per symptoms.
Can you suggest the treatment?
