Pain in the center of the heel
My center of the right heel feel pain only upon pressing there. while walking no pain. what could be the possible reason ? is it any acupressure matter ?

It's plantar fascitis (inflammation of your soft tissues beneath the heel). Avoid barefoot walking and use silicon heel in your footwear. Do plantar fascia stretching exercises daily.
