Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now I can just suggest you to take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Renerve-plus twice a day after food for 10 days. If it still persists beyond this, then get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
